What age is the show aimed at?
Mr Gotalot’s Pop-Up Shop is aimed at children aged 2 to 5 years old who are accompanied by an adult.
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop is aimed at families with children aged 3 to 9 years old.
How long is the show?
All shows are approximately 45 minutes long. There is no interval.
Where is the show taking place?
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop is performed at The Kelvin Players Studio Theatre on Gloucester Road in Bishopston, Bristol. For more detailed information see our VENUE page.
Mr Gotalot’s Pop-Up Shop is performed at various venues in north and south Bristol. For more detailed information see our VENUE page.
How much are the tickets?
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop: Tickets cost £7 each for anyone over the age of 3 years old. A family ticket for four people is available for £25. The family group must contain at least one adult. Children under the age of 3 may enter for free and are welcome to sit on laps.
Mr Gotalot’s Pop-Up Shop: Entry costs £4 per child aged 2 to 5 years old. £2 for children aged 1 to 2 years. Free for children under 1 year old. £3 for adults.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online BOOK HERE, or in person on the door for twenty minutes before the performance begins. The Box Office can currently only take cash payments on the door.
Where can I park?
There are no car parks near the venues but there is generally ample parking in the surrounding streets. Bishopston is not yet subject to the RPZ scheme.
Can I get to the venue using public transport?
The venues are situated directly on the Gloucester Road which is serviced by numerous bus routes. The bus stops, travelling from both the north and south, are in site of the theatre. See our VENUE page for the list of bus services.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
If a show has not previously sold out, then the remaining tickets will be available to buy on the door from twenty minutes before the performance begins. Please check our Facebook page for ticket updates. However, previously Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop main shows have proved extremely popular with nearly ALL shows selling out well in advance. So we would STRONGLY advise you to book your tickets in advance while they are still available.
What is the disability access of the venue?

Are refreshments available?
Fresh Ground Cafe is open onsite at Horfield Baptist Church and The Zion has its own cafe open before and after the show.
Is there a cloakroom / buggy park?
Buggies can be brought into Horfield Baptist Church and The Zion. However, all items are left at the owners risk. There are currently a significant number of stairs at the Bristol Improv Theatre to access the auditorium with no ramp. Monkey Trousers Theatre cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any personal property.
Are there any baby changing facilities at the venue?
There are baby changing facilities at Horfield Baptist Church and The Zion but not at the Bristol Improv Theatre.
How much are the badges?
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop badges are £1 each and available to buy at all shows.
How much are the T-shirts?
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop T-shirts are £7 each and come in two designs. They are available to buy at all shows.
How much are the magnets?
Mr Gotalot’s Gotalot Shop magnets are £1.50 each and available to buy at all shows.
Can we reserve seating?
All tickets are sold as unreserved seating. However if you have any specific requirements regarding accessibility please email us at email@example.com
Do you come to schools?
